Secateurs Riviera

The grapes are from an old vineyard next to a dry river – so we call it Riviera. The soils are sandy decomposed granite. Grapes are picked when the tannins are ripe and the fruit has turned golden yellow. This is a skin macerated wine which means that, unlike the fermentation takes place on the skins and has the character of this process.

Grapes: Chenin blanc 36%, Viognier 27%, Sauvignon blanc 17%, Harslevelu 14%, Marsanne 6%
