Secateurs Chenin Blanc

The grapes for our best value white are all from the northern side of the Paardeberg. High quality fruit comes from old rain-fed bush vines grown on a variety of granite soils, all naturally low yielding. Grapes are hand picked with care over a period of 12 days and chilled overnight, then whole bunch pressed and left on its gross lees for four months before bottling.
