What to Expect
Our tastings are a little different, so here’s what to expect.
Will we be seated?
Not usually. Tastings happen in a working cellar, so you’ll mostly be standing. Some people end up sitting on a barrel or the floor, and you’re welcome to. If anyone in your group needs a seat, just let us know when you book and we’ll sort something out.
Which wines will we taste?
That depends on the day. There’s no set list, as the winemaker chooses what to open, so every tasting is a bit different.
Is it a technical tasting?
No. It’s a relaxed conversation with the people who make the wine. Ask as much or as little as you like.
Do we have to book?
Yes, wine tastings are by appointment only.
